Phoenix Captive Solutions LLC provides captive insurance consulting, warranty program management, and digital/e-commerce solutions for the EV industry.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Phoenix Captive Solutions LLC to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service or product.

• Consulting & Advisory Fees: Non-refundable once services have begun.
• Digital or Downloadable Products: Non-refundable once delivered.
• Physical Products (if applicable): Refunds accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

5. Warranties

All warranty programs are subject to their own specific terms. Phoenix Captive Solutions LLC disclaims any implied warranties unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability
